DEWALT FLEXVOLT ADVANTAGE 20V MAX* Angle Grinder

Our 20V MAX brushless tools with FLEXVOLT ADVANTAGE tool technology offer you the advantage of more power. When paired with a DCB606 FLEXVOLT battery, the 4 1/2 Grinder delivers up to 54% more power compared to a DCB205 20V MAX battery. The brushless motor provides a maximum of 1,550 watts out and can reach up to 9,000 rpm. This grinder tool is part of our PERFORM & PROTECT product line, equipped with Kickback Brake and E-CLUTCH System. Please note that the battery and charger are sold separately.

The DEWALT angle grinder paired with FLEXVOLT batteries can achieve up to 54% more power. The Kickback Brake engages with maximum force to quickly stop the wheel and shut off the grinder when a bind-up occurs. The E-CLUTCH feature shuts down the motor of the DEWALT angle grinder in under a tenth of a second when a pinch/stall is detected.

These tools are compatible with all DEWALT 20V MAX* and FLEXVOLT Batteries. The E-Switch Protection requires the trigger switch to be cycled (turned off and on) in the event of a power outage or other unexpected shutdowns to restart.

The tools are also Tool Connect Chip Ready. The chip pocket accepts the Tool Connect Chip DCE042 and connects with the Tool Connect Site Manager app, enabling easy asset management on the jobsite. However, the DCE042 is sold separately.
